What’s the difference between “Snow” and “Pearl” on Notebook Light?

“Snow” and “Pearl” refer to the cover color options for Notebook Light. Each option also comes with a different writing paper inside.

  • Snow (Cover Color): Comes with 52gsm Tomoe River paper inside. Ultra-thin, lightweight, and crisp.
  • Pearl (Cover Color): Comes with 83gsm Cosmo Air paper inside. Thicker, plush feel, and designed for richer color depth.

If you are choosing between them, think of it as: cover color + the writing paper experience you prefer.

Is your paper fountain-pen friendly? How does it compare to Tomoe River, Cosmo Air, or Hobonichi?

Yes, Rehiie notebooks are designed to be fountain-pen friendly for everyday journaling and diary writing.

What that means in practice:

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, the Notebook Light pre-order is exclusively open to customers in the United States and Canada.

For international orders, please contact us via Instagram message or email at support@rehiie.com, and we’ll be happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.

How is the notebook packaged?

We take packaging seriously. Each notebook is:

  1. Protected with impact-resistant foam corner guards.
  2. Securely housed in a sturdy, aircraft-grade corrugated box.
  3. Personally inspected and packed by our specialist, Jim, who takes a photo of every package before dispatch.
How do I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter that number on our tracking page here: Track Your Order . All shipping methods will include a tracking number.

Note: Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If you see no movement for an extended period, please reach out to us at support@rehiie.com.

Shipping Delays & Order Changes

Shipping delays can happen and tracking may pause for a short time. Sometimes packages are held at regional processing or distribution centers, which can temporarily delay USPS tracking updates.

For shipments outside the U.S., packages may first route through a domestic distribution hub for sorting and processing before being registered for international transit. During this stage, it is normal for tracking updates to be delayed. Once the package moves through the next part of the postal network, tracking should begin updating again.

If you are concerned about your delivery or your tracking has not updated for a while, please email support@rehiie.com with your order number. We will review the latest shipment status and follow up with the carrier when needed.

Order changes: We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Will I be charged customs fees when shipping to USA or Canada?

In most cases, no.

We ship all U.S. and Canadian orders via priority air shipping with pre-arranged customs handling. Most packages arrive like local deliveries, with no additional fees upon arrival.

If, on the rare off-chance, you are charged any customs fees, simply email us a photo of the receipt. We will happily provide a Gift Card + an extra bonus for your next order, or directly reimburse you for the amount—whichever you prefer.

Returns

What if my item arrives with a defect or damage?

If your notebook arrives with a manufacturing/binding issue (e.g., missing pages or out-of-order pages) or is damaged in transit, please email support@rehiie.com with clear photos or a short video and your order number.

In most cases, please don’t send anything back yet—our team will review the details (including our internal fulfillment documentation) and guide you through the next steps.

For returns when the item is not defective, shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I return an item if it’s not defective?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email support@rehiie.com with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without valid tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages—please keep your tracking information and share it with us if needed.

I want a different color/size/layout — how do exchanges work?

We don’t offer direct exchanges to a different color, size, or page format. The simplest option is to place a new order for the item you want.

That said, please email support@rehiie.com first with your order number and what you’re hoping to change—we’ll confirm the best path and share the next steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. We also support express checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.We are continuously working to expand our payment options, so stay tuned for updates!

Which currency will I be charged in?

All transactions are processed in USD(US Dollars). If you are ordering from Canada, your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can certainly send it to a friend! However, to ensure our specialist Jim can pack every pre-order with maximum care and efficiency, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes at this time. Rest assured, no price tags are included in the box.
