For Notebook Light, Rehiie selected Tomoe River by Sanzen and Cosmo Air Light—two papers trusted by writers for how clearly and honestly they reveal ink.
Tomoe River is ultra-thin, smooth, and expressive: strong shading, bright sheen, and gentle ghosting with almost no bleed.
Cosmo Air Light is thicker and more opaque, with vivid color, rich gradients, and a soft cushioned feel under the nib.
We chose these papers because they embody what Rehiie values—
clarity, softness, and a quiet respect for the act of writing.

STITCHED TO OPEN FLAT
For Notebook Light, we use thread-sewn binding—pages gathered in signatures and stitched together for a spine that stays flexible over time.
It opens flat for comfortable writing and stays open without force, even near the center, allowing the page to meet the pen naturally.
We also refined the finishing of the stitch line to address a common issue in sewn bindings: loose thread starts and ends that can work their way out over time. The result is a cleaner, more secure spine—quietly better in daily use.

What’s the difference between “Snow” and “Pearl” on Notebook Light?
“Snow” and “Pearl” refer to the cover color options for Notebook Light. Each option also comes with a different writing paper inside.
- Snow (Cover Color): Comes with 52gsm Tomoe River paper inside. Ultra-thin, lightweight, and crisp.
- Pearl (Cover Color): Comes with 83gsm Cosmo Air paper inside. Thicker, plush feel, and designed for richer color depth.
If you are choosing between them, think of it as: cover color + the writing paper experience you prefer.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, the Notebook Light pre-order is exclusively open to customers in the United States and Canada.
For international orders, please contact us via Instagram message or email at support@rehiie.com, and we’ll be happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter that number on our tracking page here: Track Your Order . All shipping methods will include a tracking number.
Note: Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If you see no movement for an extended period, please reach out to us at support@rehiie.com.
Why isn’t my tracking updating? Can you help check my shipment?
Tracking can occasionally pause for a short time. Packages are sometimes held at regional processing or distribution centers, which may delay USPS tracking updates.
For shipments outside the U.S., packages may first route through a domestic distribution hub for sorting and processing before being registered for international transit. During this stage, it’s normal for tracking updates to be temporarily delayed. Once the package moves through the next part of the postal network, tracking should begin updating again.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or you’re feeling unsure, please email support@rehiie.com with your order number. We’ll review the latest shipment status and follow up with the carrier when needed.
Can I change my address or edit an order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to get them on the way to you. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rehiie.com.
Once an order has been submitted and processed, changes may not be possible. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout.
Will I be charged customs fees when shipping to USA or Canada?
In most cases, no.
We ship all U.S. and Canadian orders via priority air shipping with pre-arranged customs handling. Most packages arrive like local deliveries, with no additional fees upon arrival.
If, on the rare off-chance, you are charged any customs fees, simply email us a photo of the receipt. We will happily provide a Gift Card + an extra bonus for your next order, or directly reimburse you for the amount—whichever you prefer.

What if my item arrives with a defect or damage?
If your notebook arrives with a manufacturing/binding issue (e.g., missing pages or out-of-order pages) or is damaged in transit, please email support@rehiie.com with clear photos or a short video and your order number.
In most cases, please don’t send anything back yet—our team will review the details (including our internal fulfillment documentation) and guide you through the next steps.
For returns when the item is not defective, shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I return an item if it’s not defective?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email support@rehiie.com with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without valid tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages—please keep your tracking information and share it with us if needed.
I want a different color/size/layout — how do exchanges work?
We don’t offer direct exchanges to a different color, size, or page format. The simplest option is to place a new order for the item you want.
